Meditation Classes

At Health +Healing Studios, we offer a wide variety of mediation techniques ranging Yoga Nidra to Breathwork with everything in between. Sounding Healing, Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation are all geared toward helping clients drop in and be in the present moment, which reduces anxiety, inflammation, and depression in the body, to name a few.

Types of Meditation

Yoga Nidra uses a series of breath, body, and awareness techniques to induce a deep state of relaxation. The mind and body remain relaxed while your consciousness remains active.

Sound Healing induces relaxation within the body and mind. It resets the central nervous system and massages internal organs through vibration.

Guided meditation can help you gain a new perspective, manage stress, and increase creativity and self-awareness.

Tiffney's private 1 on 1 vinyasa flow session has been transformative for me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Tiffney meets you where you are to build you up to where you want to be by listening to your body and creating flows that work for you. I am now able to bend forward without any pain in my back, and I can actually move fluidly in my flow. Not to mention, it's the only time of the day that my mind goes completely blank and clear, which is priceless.

  • Can I Do Breath Work If I Am Pregnant?

No, you can not do active breath work as it creates an intense emotional awakening within the body that can cause an emotional disturbance for the baby. You can do circular breathing, a slow, full breath that will relax your body. It is actually recommended that this breath is learned when pregnant to help with contractions, pain, and relaxation.
