Personal Trainer & NKT Practitioner
Hi, I’m Tatum! I’ve been in the health and wellness world for five years, but my journey started long before that. I grew up as an overweight kid and hit my highest weight—360 pounds—in my 40s. At 46, I decided enough was enough. I started moving my body, eating in a way that actually worked for me, and taking things one day at a time.
That mindset changed everything. One day at a time turned into a 200-pound weight loss and a whole new life. Now I help people move more, feel better, laugh a lot, and realize they are way more capable than they think. I’m here for sustainable change, real talk, and movement that feels good—not punishment.
If you’re ready to move, have fun, and surprise yourself with what’s possible… I’m your person!
Certifications and education: ISSA Personal Training Certificate, Culinary Arts Scottsdale Community College Associates Degree, Primal Movement. Neurokentic Therapy Level 2 certified, Anatomy Angel: Pelvic Floor Health.Silver Sneakers Circuit, Tai

Myopractor & Stretch Therapist
Dave brings a unique perspective to his work, combining decades of real-life experience with a deep commitment to helping people feel better in their bodies.
After a 40-year career in IT, Dave found himself searching for something more meaningful and aligned with how he had always lived. A lifelong advocate for health and wellness, he had spent years exploring nutrition, movement, and alternative approaches through podcasts and personal study. But it wasn’t until he experienced it firsthand that everything shifted.
A shoulder injury from Jiu Jitsu in 2016 introduced him to bodywork and the power of hands-on healing. Through consistent sessions focused on stretching and muscle work, he began to understand how the body could be restored, not just managed. Later, after a car accident, Dave came to Health + Healing Studios for care and experienced a level of relief and progress that changed his direction entirely.
That experience led him to pursue Myopractic Therapy, where he trained to help others achieve the same kind of results he had experienced himself.
Today, Dave works with clients who are dealing with pain, limited mobility, or ongoing issues that haven’t been resolved through traditional approaches. His work is focused, intentional, and rooted in helping the body function better so clients can move, live, and feel the way they’re meant to.
