Care That Looks Deeper, So You Can Feel Better

Naturopathic medicine at Health + Healing Studios is focused on finding the why behind how you feel. Instead of managing symptoms, we look at what may be out of balance and how to support your body in correcting it.

Led by Dr. Cindy Hayes, care is personalized to you and may include:

Vitamin IV Therapy to quickly restore nutrients, energy, and immune support
Acupuncture to regulate the nervous system, reduce pain, and improve overall function
Regenerative therapies like PRP, prolotherapy, and stem cell therapy for deeper healing and recovery

Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, hormone changes, chronic pain, or just feel off, this is a place to get answers and a clear plan forward.

If you’re new to naturopathic care, you don’t need to have it all figured out. Your first visit is designed to understand what’s going on and give you a clear path forward.

You’ll meet 1:1 with Dr. Cindy to review your symptoms, health history, and goals. From there, you’ll get personalized recommendations that may include IV therapy, acupuncture, or other supportive therapies.

This is where you get answers, clarity, and a plan that makes sense for your body.

Our Naturopathic Services

  • Multiple intravenous (IV) bags hanging from a medical IV stand in a hospital setting.

    IV Therapy

Vitamin IV Therapy delivers nutrients directly into your bloodstream, bypassing digestion so your body can actually use what it’s getting. This allows for faster absorption and more noticeable results.

Each IV is customized based on your needs, whether you’re looking for more energy, immune support, or recovery.

    Best for:
    • Low energy or burnout
    • Immune support
    • Hormone support
    • Brain fog or mood support
    • Recovery from illness, travel, or workouts

    Acupunture

Acupuncture supports the body by regulating the nervous system, reducing inflammation, and restoring balance across multiple systems.

Using precise, targeted points, this therapy helps your body shift out of stress mode and into a state where healing can happen.

    Best for:
    • Chronic pain (back, neck, joints, migraines)
    • Stress, anxiety, and burnout
    • Hormonal imbalance
    • Sleep issues
    • Digestive concerns

    Advanced Therapies

For more complex or chronic concerns, Dr. Hayes may recommend regenerative therapies as part of your care plan. These treatments are designed to support deeper healing and long-term recovery.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) — Uses your body’s own healing factors to support tissue repair
Prolotherapy — Strengthens joints and connective tissue by stimulating a healing response
Stem Cell Therapy — Supports regeneration for chronic pain, injury, and degeneration

These therapies are always personalized and recommended based on your specific needs.

If you’re dealing with something that hasn’t fully resolved or keeps coming back, this is often where naturopathic care can help.
