At Health + Healing Studios, our workshops and events are designed to support connection, education, movement, healing, and overall well-being. From sound baths and cacao ceremonies to wellness workshops, yoga, and specialty experiences, offerings rotate throughout the year so check back frequently or sign up for our emails to be in the know.

Weekly Classes

Sound Bath

Our weekly sound bath is a guided group experience designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.

Each session may begin with light stretching, restorative movement, or grounding practices before moving into a sound meditation, where vibration helps your nervous system slow down and release built-up tension.

This is a simple, accessible way to experience sound healing, whether you’re new or looking for a consistent reset during the week.

A great fit if you:

  • Feel stressed, overstimulated, or mentally busy

  • Want a low-pressure way to try something new

  • Need a midweek reset

  • Enjoy a shared, group experience

Plant medicine may be available as an optional addition for those who have prior experience. Please reach out ahead of time to confirm availability and ensure the right fit.

Stretch It Out

Think you can't do a stretch class? This one was made for you.

Stretch It Out is designed specifically for our more mature community members and anyone navigating movement restrictions, proving that gentle, accessible movement can still be deeply powerful.

Each session incorporates chair-based and supported movements inspired by Tai Chi, breathwork, stretching, and primal movement patterns. The entire class is designed to be done from a chair or while standing with assistance, so there is no need to worry about getting up and down from the floor.

This is a welcoming, low-pressure way to improve mobility, balance, flexibility, and confidence while reconnecting with what your body is still very capable of.

A great fit if you:

• Have mobility limitations or movement restrictions

• Are recovering from an injury or rebuilding strength

• Feel intimidated by traditional fitness or stretch classes

• Want to improve balance, flexibility, and everyday movement

• Are looking for a supportive group environment

Each class is designed to help you move at your own pace and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and more connected to your body.

Workshops

Our workshops are designed to educate, inspire, and bring our community together through shared experiences and hands-on learning. Topics vary throughout the year and may include wellness education, sourdough baking, Yoga Nidra, CBD education, cacao ceremonies, plant medicine discussions, movement classes, and more.
