Plant Medicine

A More Intentional Path to Healing

While many clients begin with energy work, some feel called to go deeper.

Plant medicine sessions are more intentional, guided experiences that build on the foundation of Reiki, sound, and intuitive work.

These sessions are designed to support release, grounding, and clarity in a way that goes beyond a traditional session, while still meeting you where you are.

A Deeper Layer of Support

Sessions may include a combination of:

  • Reiki and energy work to calm and regulate the nervous system

  • Sound and vibration to support relaxation and release

  • Guided practices and grounding techniques

  • Plant-based elements used intentionally and with care

Each session is personalized and guided, with no two experiences exactly the same.

Plant-Based Options

Depending on the session and your experience level, plant-based elements may be included to support the overall experience.

These may include:

  • Cacao for heart-opening and connection

  • CBD-based support for relaxation and nervous system regulation

  • Hapé for grounding and clearing (initial consultation required)

  • Sananga for focus, presence, and intention-setting (initial consultation required)

All options are intentional, guided, and optional, and are only included when appropriate for the individual.

Our weekly sound bath is a guided group experience designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect.

Each session may begin with light stretching, restorative movement, or grounding practices before moving into a sound meditation, where vibration helps your nervous system slow down and release built-up tension.

This is a simple, accessible way to experience sound healing, whether you’re new or looking for a consistent reset during the week.

A great fit if you:

  • Feel stressed, overstimulated, or mentally busy

  • Want a low-pressure way to try something new
