Weekly Guided Stretch + Mobility Classes

This is not a typical fitness class.

Health + Healing Studios’ stretch classes are designed to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body through guided mobility work, supported stretching, breathwork, and resistance bands.

Classes may include:

  • Gentle mobility exercises

  • Deep stretching

  • Resistance band work

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Breath-led movement

  • Posture and alignment support

The goal is not to push harder. It’s to create more space, stability, and ease in the body.

These classes can be especially supportive if you:
